We offer a wide variety of our own brand gym supplements both in-store and online. Our range of products includes the best whey protein, diet whey, plant-based protein, mass gainers, all-in-one protein creatine supplements, advanced pre-workout and caffeine free version, creatine monohydrate, BCAA Intra, natural test boosters, l-glutamine.

All our Heroes Supplements are manufactured in the UK and meet all the criteria required by the UK FSA (Food Standards Agency). Rest assured that our supplements do not contain any banned ingredients or substances listed by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). However, we advise that you check with your local governing body or sports coach and consult your GP before using any sports supplement, especially if you are on prescribed medication.

Apart from supplements, we also stock a range of boxing gloves and boxing gear, sport injury supports, fitness and gym accessories, dumbbells, massage balls, and rollers. Some of these items are not available for purchase on our website, but you can place an order through our mail-order telephone line, which is open from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday.

We take the environment seriously and are proud to say that we deliver in the Norwich area (NR1 – NR7) by cargo bikes through the zero-emission delivery company, Zedify. This saves 203g of CO2 per parcel and 7.05kg of NOx per cargo bike each year, compared to using diesel vans.
