V-fit 13-in-1 Adjustable Training Bench is a multi function strength training system.

This versatile bench will allow you to perform all manner of free-weight exercises with 13 different variations of either incline, flat or decline body positions and loading upto 170kg (combined user and weights).

This compact bench is of strong sturdy construction with a tough paint finish that is ideal for the more technical body builder.

The frame is constructed from 50mm Round, 50mm Square and 60mm x 30mm Oblong Tubular Steel complete with plastic frame end caps.
