This is the new Herculean Cobra Multi Gym for 2009, this is an excellent beginners home gym which has the added benefits of having the traditional lying down Bench Press body position, rather than other gyms that the user has to perform the exercise whilst seated upright. Another great feature is that there are no time consuming cable changes to swap round before starting each of the different exercises and the Bench section even folds up vertically when the gym is not in use to save on floor space. The cleverly designed 32kg weight stack (providing upto 64kg of resistance for the user) will not break any floorboards so the gym can be placed in most rooms around the house, providing there is enough space.
