Recommended Use For 17 T-Somatocri-MX:

Take a total of six capsules per day, three with your evening meal and three capsules approximately twenty minutes before bed time. After one week of use, increase weights during weight training and decrease repetitions as muscle anabolism increases. Increase the intensity of your training by increasing weight and decreasing repetitions so that failure occurs between 5 and 7 reps. Concentrate on the eccentric (muscle lengthening) part of each repetition as this will stimulate neurotransmitters which send messages to the anterior pituitary gland to produce more growth hormone, which occurs shortly after falling asleep, thereby capitalising on the effects of this product. Ensure that you have warmed up and stretched sufficiently before engaging in weight training as increased strength could result in muscle injury if you have not warmed up.
