Shipping & Postage
All products are shipped (first class) by (courier / royal mail Etc). We will always attempt to ship within (2) working days of receiving your order for stock items. However some items are sent directly from suppliers or be non stock items and may take up tp 28 days to be delivered. For more on delivery see delivery dates and times in terms and conditions
Postage costs are calculated as follows and are for UK mainland only (some postcodes, heavy or large products may not qualify for free delivery.)
- Orders up to £10: £3.50
- Orders up to £40: £5.95
- Orders over £50 on low weight items will be sent special delivery at an extra charge of £6.99 due to insurance cover at royal mail.
- Orders of £40 and over: Free for eligible items except were postage is stated ie: heavy fitness equipment.
- For postage prices for non UK mainland addresses email us at heroesfitness@btconnect.com or call us on 01603 763870 for a quote. Non UK mainland postcodes are AB37, 38, 41 to 56, FK19 to 21, IV1 to 37, 40, 63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 40, PH15 to 26, 30 to 41 and 50.
These rates apply to all eligible items. Some products such as weights are not included in this and carry additional charges which are calculated separately. These rates will be shown alongside items where applicable. Final postage costs for U.K. mainland qualifying delivery are shown at the checkout stage before you confirm your purchase.
