Terms and conditions for online retail sales only

All prices discounts and promotions apply to on line sales only (different promotions and discounts are offered by our stores and by telephone mail order)

If you are not completely satisfied with any product it may be returned (subject to the conditions set out below) for a full refund. (This does not apply to certain goods such as any made especially for you or especially ordered for you such as any product marked as a non stock item or for perishable goods such as food supplements)

Any product returned for refund or exchange for any reason must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. No refund will be given if we have not received the goods back within this time.

Any item returned must be in as new condition with all its packaging.

Goods must be returned carriage paid.

No refund of packing & carriage costs will be made.

All refunds will have a minimum £7.50 handling and administration charge deducted this may be more and will reflect the costs incured by us for carriage, packing and transaction charges this will be confirmed to you at the time of the refund being agreed .

Any products returned to us by our carrier or the royal mail due to refusal to accept a delivery or not being collected from royal mail or carrier depot will incur a surcharge.

Goods value under £100 = minimum surcharge 20% however this may be more and is subject to the costs incured for carriage and transaction charges

In the case of products purchased as part of a promotion and returned for a refund (e.g. buy 3 get one free) the free goods must be returned as well before any refund will be given i.e. in the case of supplements if all 3 items + free ones are returned a full refund (subject to the guarantee terms & conditions) would be given if however just 2 items are returned you will be refunded only a proportion of the cost of your purchase please ensure that you do not break the seals or remove any of the contents of any products returned other than the original tub/bottle as only the sealed and untampered with bottles/tubs will be refunded.

In the case of powdered supplement products any more than 2 scoops removed from the original container will render this invalid for a refund.

Products that are out of date will not be refunded all supplement products will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Where product is shown as a non stock item you must contact us before ordering to ascrtain availability and delivery times as these products are special orders which are subject to change and to variable delivery times. A charge to cover the processing costs may be made if you have not contacted us first and subsequently cancel the order

we can not supply Maximuscle supplements any where outside the UK.

we can not supply any of our products to the USA or Canada

Description or design of items may differ from that shown on our website as companies occassionally change there items look , design or colour. Prices can on ocasion change due to the nature of some of the equipment if a price changes before delivery to you we will let you know and give you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund or of paying the difference. The pictures and descriptions shown are a guide only. we will however do our best to at all times try to match your order requirements.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost returns caused by your choice of carrier we therefore recommend you send your goods back via recorded or special proof of delivery service.

Delivery dates and times are aproximate only and should not be relied upon, no guarantee is given with regard to any delivery time or date, we will do our best to contact you in the event of a delivery time in excess of 28 working days. we would strongly sugest before placing any order for weight training or home fitness equipment or other large items like Multi Gyms, Treadmills, benches etc you contact us first to check availability by:

Terms of purchase for all supplies and services to heroes Muscle & Fitness Superstore Ltd
It is a condition of This contract that the seller in agreeing to supply the goods or services detailed above accepts these terms as the only ones applying to this contract. All orders for supply of any goods or services will be made by us on our official company purchase order document. No order is valid and no liability will be accepted without this.
Discrepancies on delivery or invoicing will be notified to you as soon as practicable, all goods are signed for unchecked and not checked on delivery. Goods must be delivered to the address shown on the purchase order during normal trading hours (9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Sat) and delivered into the store in a good and undamaged condition and in a proper and safe manner. Pallets or crates are not accepted. Goods can only be signed for by an authorised member of our staff and no liability is accepted for any goods where this is not the case. We reserve the right to refuse any delivery (or part thereof) we regard as not meeting with this criteria without penalty. Liability will only be accepted for the goods once they have been checked and agreed by an authorised member of our staff and properly logged into the shop stock logging in system. The liability referred to is for a quantity and type of goods received only and not an acceptance or liability for any item service or cost.


All payments are made electronically and usually within 20 days of receipt of goods and invoice being agreed. The whole of any Disputed invoices are kept in suspense until the discrepancy or query has been resolved to our satisfaction.
No invoices or other material containing pricing information should be sent to any delivery address all invoices must be sent to the invoice address as shown on the purchase order. Our purchase order no must be shown on all invoices. No liability is accepted for any invoiced amount until accepted and agreed by ourselves.
The seller will indemnify the buyer Heroes Muscle & Fitness Superstore Ltd against all costs, disbursements and other losses direct or indirect incurred, as a result of, any action of or failure on the part of the seller, or as a result of the use of or sale of its products or services.
No changes can be made to the agreed price, quantities or goods without the consent of the buyer in writing.
