I Need to Lose 10lbs From Christmas Booze and Food By Spencer Jackson
Christmas has been a well needed break for me this year even though it was only 2 days, the only thing that I need to do now is lose the ten pounds I have put on from all the chocolate, dinners and alcohol, below I will give you my post Christmas Fat and Weight Loss Program as well as Fat Loss Supplements.
For starters I will be using the brand new mega powerful fat loss pills called Grenade Black Ops which is far stronger than the old Thermodetonator and for my post work out drink I will be using Sci-MX Diet Pro Protein and will also have it as a snack on a non-training.
My training is as follows.
For 5 days a week I will walk to work and back which is a round trip of 45 minutes at a brisk pace.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will go to the Gym Group and Thursday, Sunday Golf Driving Range For 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Monday: Chest, Shoulders Cardio
Bench Press 3 Sets X 20 Reps
Dumbbell Fly and Pullover Superset 3 X 20 Reps
Seated Dumbbell Press 3 Sets X 20 Reps
Cable Medial Rotation 3 Sets X 20 Reps
15 Minutes Recumbent Cycle
Wednesday: Back, Core Work and Cardio
Pulldowns 3 Sets X 20 Reps
Seated Pulley Rows 3 Sets X 20 reps
3 Sets of Ab Balance On Gym Ball
3 Sets Ab Crunches On Bosu Ball
3 Sets Of Front Plank On Gym Ball Super Setted With Superman On Gym Ball
15 Minutes On Cross Trainer
Thursday Golf Driving Range 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Friday Biceps, Triceps, Core Work and Cardio
Dumbbell Curls 3 Sets X 20 Reps
Barbell Curls 3 Sets X 20 Reps
Double Dumbbell French Press 3 Sets X 20 Reps
Rope Push Downs 3 Sets X 20 Reps
3 Sets Of Front Kicks, Side Kicks and Back Kicks On Bosu Ball
3 Sets of Single Legged Squats On Bosu Ball
3 Sets Of Squats On Top Of Gym Ball
15 Minutes On Recumbent Cycle
Sunday Golf Driving Range 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Lets hope this will get me back in to the shape I was before Christmas
